- Reservations are not intended for resale or transfer without proper notification and approval from Wyndham Garden. Wyndham Garden may cancel any reservation that is transferred or resold inappropriately and all deposits will be forfeited.
- Prepayment in full is required on all reservations in order to reserve accommodations.
- All cancellations must be made in writing via mail or email. Cancellations received 30 DAYS prior to the arrival date are subject to a $100 cancel fee per room. Cancellations received within 30 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- Two-night minimum stay required which includes Friday and Saturday nights.
- Room types and room numbers are treated as requests and cannot be guaranteed. Reservations requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No more than 5 adults per guest room. A limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available and a fee of $30 per room applies. Please indicate in the special requests field if you would like a dog-friendly room.
- Confirmations will be mailed as reservations are received. In the event that we cannot accommodate your reservation, you will be contacted by telephone or email.
