  • Reservations are not intended for resale or transfer without proper notification and approval from Wyndham Garden. Wyndham Garden may cancel any reservation that is transferred or resold inappropriately and all deposits will be forfeited.  No more than 5 adults per guestroom.  Photo ID and valid credit card are required for check in.
  • A valid credit card is required on all reservations in order to reserve accommodations.  Prepayment is required to confirm reservations.  All cancellations must be made in writing via mail or email.  Cancellations received 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a $100 processing fee per room.  Cancellations received within 30 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • Two-night minimum stay required for Friday and Saturday nights, except where indicated.
  • Room types and room numbers are treated as requests and cannot be guaranteed. A limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available and a fee of $30 per night applies.  Please indicate in the special requests field if you would like a dog-friendly room.
  • If Wyndham Garden is unable to provide confirmed accommodations for reasons beyond our control, the hotel is excused with no other liability upon return of any deposit.
  • Reservation requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Confirmations will be mailed as reservations are received. In the event that we cannot accommodate your reservation, you will be contacted by telephone or email.
